Flash activation fix

Update: IE has fixed this issue, so this post is for historical purposes only. ;)

When Microsoft lost the Eolas patent case a few years back, they were forced to add a stupid concession to IE, requiring people to click to activate embedded objects. The plugin most notably affected was Flash.

This provides a little JavaScript workaround. It essentially scours the page for objects requiring activation, then replaces those objects. Objects created via script do not require activation.
